I recommend not chasing symptoms or waiting for them to show up, this is living a reactive lifestyle. Find out how to simply take care of your body by living a proactive and wellness lifestyle!
You don’t “catch” a cold …you “do” one!
What?! That’s right. There is no sugar coating when it comes to getting sick.
This is pure responsibility.
You put your body at risk with your lifestyle choices, and you are constantly testing the limits of your immune system.
• Eating poorly, including high sugar and processed foods
• Lack of exercise
• Negative thoughts
• Lack of appropriate rest
When you create this sub-optimal or stressed internal environment – you wear down your natural defenses and your overwhelmed body responds by being “sick”. This may be a head or chest cold, headache, hypoglycemia or diabetes, diarrhea or vomiting, skin irritations, and more! This includes your own body, and others that you influence, such as your children, spouse, pets and other family members.
If you live outside of a bubble like we all do, we are all exposed to critters and many various strains of viruses, bacteria, fungus, yeast, mold, and parasites on a daily basis.
How your body handles these stressors depends on the internal environment that you are providing it. Over time, these immune stressors can take over the body, and create many health challenges that drugs and regular vitamins cannot fix. In my practice, I help people identify if any of these deep immune challenges are what are creating a lessened healing capacity in their body. I want to remind you that I do not diagnose, but with the nutritional muscle testing, I can support the body with specific whole food and/or homeopathic supplements that each person’s body naturally responds to. Every person has different challenges, they receive an individualized program, I believe that less is best when it comes to supplementing, and your body can heal faster when it is given exactly what it needs at the right time. That is why I do what I do.
I have categorized the immune challenges with the most common signs and symptoms that I have seen in my practice. Once the true cause of your symptoms is revealed and handled appropriately, your body can begin to heal much better on its own, as nature intended. Remember, you can be free of symptoms and still have deep immune challenges.
These are the most common conditions that I see people for to give you an idea of how holistic healing fits into your family’s health plan. I am able to help with all of these medical problems and many others. Contact me today, I would love to help improve your health and your life!

A healthy rule of thumb is to drink ½ your body weight in ounces daily of hydrating fluids, primarily water.
HEALTHY AND HYDRATING FLUIDS INCLUDE:
Water – drink room temperature, warm or hot. Limit ice cold water. Add fresh lemon or lime to your water.
Herbal Teas – not caffeinated
Emergen C packets can be added to your water, I prefer lemon-lime.
Recharge is a natural electrolyte drink, found in health food stores.
Natural Sodas - in moderation.
Pure Cranberry Juice, unsweetened, small amounts can be added to water or Emergen C mixtures.
Not included in Hydrating fluids are:
Fruit juices, pop, soda, coffee, caffeinated teas or beverages, energy drinks, Gatorades or other colored sports drinks, Propels or other enhanced waters, dairy or soy based smoothies or shakes, wine, beer and other alcoholic drinks.
